this hotel is a true gem. the owner, a descendant of the original family, goes above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay. the friendly staff treat you like royalty and the nature trail is a must-do. the rooms are spacious and the restaurant offers excellent value and quality. a wonderful stay all around.

We had a very comfortable and relaxing stay at a hotel in the outskirts of a charming town. The rooms were luxurious and spacious, with high-quality bedding and towels. The breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of choices. The staff were attentive and friendly, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. The surrounding grounds were well maintained, providing plenty of outdoor spaces for relaxation. Despite a few drawbacks, such as the lack of air conditioning and the need for some room updates, we still highly recommend this hotel. it was a very enjoyable experience.

The rooms are comfortable and have been modernized, including lovely new bathrooms. The owners go the extra mile to ensure a perfect stay, providing a delicious breakfast on the terrace. Additionally, the staff is extremely friendly and welcoming, and guests have the option to store their motorcycle in the garage.

The hotel has a few steps leading up to the front entrance, which can be a bit awkward for guests with heavy bags.

I had the pleasure of indulging in the local cuisine at the hotel's restaurant, where fish and meat dishes were served with flair. The surrounding valley provided ample opportunities for hiking and cycling. The terrace, garden, and bar were delightful additions to my stay.

Oh, how I adored the charming traditional Basque restaurant, but the lack of an ironing board in my room left me wrinkled and oh-so-fashionably disheveled.

I had a great experience at Hotel Etxeberri. After staying in a 4* hotel the night before, this was a much nicer option. The food was amazing, the bed was comfortable, and I enjoyed sleeping with the windows open for a peaceful night's sleep. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. Additionally, the hotel had ample space in all of the rooms, and the surroundings were beautiful with plenty of areas to explore.
